Українська нова хвиля: Красиві двадцятилітні

Description

A collection of the best Ukrainian short films of 2018, awarded by prestigious Ukrainian and international festivals. All authors are young ambitious directors who set new trends in Ukrainian contemporary cinema and change its perception in the world. The almanac includes top films of key genres - comedies, tragicomedies, dramas, animations, documentaries, which were united by the motif of personal dilemmas of the "little man". As in the cult novel of the same name by the Polish writer Marek Glask, the beautiful twenty-somethings of the "Ukrainian New Wave" find themselves in the vortex of turbulent times, which become the background for making difficult decisions and responsibilities in the inevitable process of growing up.
