Description

The film is based on the book of the same name by Miloš Urban. The action takes place in the village in the 1830s, when the main character, Baron de Causpo, returns with his servant from a world trip. He wants to restore the lakes on his estate. The center of his interests is the mayor's daughter Katinka, who worships nature and conducts pagan rituals.
