Description

Former marine William Duncan loses his daughter: the girl became an accidental victim of a brawl between street gangs. The police do not act. The father takes justice into his own hands and deals with the culprit. The murdered man turned out to be the son of a big mobster, and Duncan finds himself at the epicenter of the gang war.
