Sorda

Description

Angela and Hector love each other and live in mutual understanding despite the fact that the girl is deaf. They are both looking forward to the birth of a child, but its arrival creates unforeseen challenges. Not hearing the baby's cry, Angela becomes dependent on the man in care, who remains the child's only connection with the world of sounds. When a woman begins to doubt her ability to be a good mother, she has to find her own way to her daughter, convincing herself and the world that a mother's love does not need to be heard.
